Milwaukee Air Compressor Must Have Upgrade

If you are fortunate enough to have embraced the Milwaukee M18 tools then you need to know this upgrade for their much loved air compressor.

I bought this air compressor off a review of a personal friend of mine. I had a Ryobi hand held one previously that I received for a present one Christmas but I have been looking for a more professional tool for some time after that. The Ryobi has a trigger you have to hold and does not build pressure very quickly. Imagine having to do that on a LT tire that takes 80 psi.... it would take forever. The Milwaukee air compressor simplifies setting air pressure without having to plug anything in. Not only can you set a Target Pressure but you do not have to babysit it. It runs until it not only sets the pressure but verifies it. The only complaint was the end required to be spun onto the valve stem much like a cap would. Not the end of the world but if you have professional grade air chucks they have a quick disconnect making connection instant and easy...

A 10 dollar purchase on amazon netted me two brass quick connects that have threads the same as a valve stem. It threads right into the Milwaukee air hose (like the multiple attachments that come with the machine for varied other uses), does not leak any air and allows for instant hookup to automotive valve stems. Hook it up, hit the targe air pressure button and walk away till it stops running... Seems odd this isn't a fitting that comes along side the three others attachments that come with the machine when it arrives. Not the end of the world though....

Do yourself a favor and pick up a couple of these if you use your machine regularly.
